Medicare Outreach Co. is a registered trade name (DBA) of Integral Benefits Group. All references to "Medicare Outreach Co.," "we," "us," or "our" in this Privacy Policy refer to Integral Benefits Group and its operations under the Medicare Outreach Co. brand. Integral Benefits Group is the legal entity responsible for the collection, use, and protection of your personal information.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information you provide when you visit our website, register for a seminar, or interact with us in any way.

By submitting your information through our RSVP form or website, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and consent to the practices described herein.

Important: Medicare Outreach Co. / Integral Benefits Group is not affiliated with or endorsed by the United States federal government, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), or the federal Medicare program. Our seminars are independently operated educational events.

We collect only the information necessary to operate our educational services and communicate with you. This falls into two categories:

Information you provide directly:

  • Full name
  • Mobile and/or home phone number
  • Email address
  • Mailing address (if provided)
  • Medicare eligibility status or anticipated eligibility date
  • Whether you plan to attend with a spouse or guest
  • Questions or notes you voluntarily submit

Information collected automatically when you visit our website:

  • IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Browser type, version, and operating system
  • Pages visited, time on page, and referring URLs
  • Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)
  • Ad campaign source (e.g., Facebook or Google ad that brought you to our page)
We do not collect: Social Security numbers, Medicare ID numbers, financial account information, or health/medical records. Any sensitive health information you voluntarily share will be treated with strict confidentiality and never used for marketing.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to operate our Medicare education program and communicate with you about it:

  • To confirm your seminar registration and send event reminders, directions, and logistics via SMS and email
  • To follow up after the seminar with educational resources and optional appointment scheduling
  • To notify you about upcoming Medicare seminars and related educational events in your area
  • To answer questions you submit and provide personalized Medicare guidance
  • To improve our seminar content, marketing effectiveness, and communications
  • To measure the performance of our advertising campaigns
  • To comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and licensing obligations
No sales pressure, ever: Our licensed agents may follow up to offer a complimentary one-on-one Medicare review. This is entirely optional. We will never pressure you to purchase any product or enroll in any Medicare plan.

SMS Opt-In & Text Message Communications

When you submit your phone number through our seminar registration form, you expressly opt in to receive SMS text messages from Integral Benefits Group / Medicare Outreach Co. Here is exactly what that means:

Integral Benefits Group, operating as Medicare Outreach Co. Messages are sent via our GoHighLevel CRM platform.
Types of messages
Seminar confirmation, event reminders, directions, day-before and morning-of notifications, post-seminar follow-up, and optional appointment invitations.
Message frequency
Typically 3–6 messages per seminar registration cycle. We do not send daily promotional blasts.
Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any text message at any time to immediately unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation and no further texts will be sent.
Help
Reply HELP to any message for contact information and assistance.
Consent
Providing your phone number and consenting to SMS is voluntary and is not required to attend our seminars or receive any service.

We comply fully with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices.


Section 5 — Critical

No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data

Your SMS opt-in information will never be shared, sold, or transferred to any third party — without exception.

When you opt in to receive text messages from Medicare Outreach Co. / Integral Benefits Group, your phone number and your consent to receive SMS communications are used exclusively by Integral Benefits Group for the purposes described in this policy.

We do not sell, rent, trade, share, license, or otherwise transfer your SMS opt-in data — including your phone number and consent status — to any third party, affiliate, partner, marketing platform, data broker, insurance carrier, or lead aggregator for their own messaging or marketing purposes. This prohibition is absolute and applies without exception.

No third party will ever receive your phone number as a result of opting in through our seminar registration form, nor will any third party ever send you a text message as a result of that opt-in.

The only parties who may access your phone number in connection with SMS delivery are:

  • GoHighLevel — our CRM and messaging platform, which transmits messages on our behalf under a data processing agreement that strictly prohibits them from using your data for any other purpose
  • Mobile carriers — who route messages to your device in the ordinary course of SMS delivery
Plain English: You opted in to hear from Medicare Outreach Co. / Integral Benefits Group. That is the only organization that will ever text you as a result of this opt-in. Full stop.

Section 6

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in these strictly limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: We use GoHighLevel (CRM and SMS), Google Analytics, and email delivery platforms to operate our business. These vendors are bound by data processing agreements prohibiting them from using your data for any other purpose.
  • Licensed advisors within Integral Benefits Group: If you request a one-on-one Medicare review, your information may be accessed by our licensed agents to facilitate that appointment.
  • Insurance carriers — only with your explicit consent: We will not share your contact information with any insurance carrier or third-party agent unless you have specifically requested plan information and given explicit consent.
  • Legal compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, valid legal process, or government authority, or when necessary to protect the safety and rights of our company or the public.
  • Business succession: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of Integral Benefits Group, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We do not sell your data. We do not participate in data brokerage, lead resale, or affiliate marketing arrangements that involve sharing your personal contact information with outside parties.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate properly, understand how visitors use our site, and measure advertising effectiveness. Here is what we use and why:

  • Essential cookies: Required for the website and registration form to function. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality. No personal data is collected by these cookies.
  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics): We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic — which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, and where they come from. This data is anonymized. You can opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • Advertising pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Ads): We use the Facebook Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure how many ad clicks result in seminar registrations. These pixels may associate your visit with your Facebook or Google account if you are logged in.
  • Retargeting cookies: We may show ads to people who visited our website but did not register. These ads are served by Facebook and Google using their own advertising platforms and subject to their privacy policies.

Managing cookies: You can disable or delete cookies through your browser settings. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising via the Network Advertising Initiative or the Digital Advertising Alliance.

Do Not Track: Our website does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. You can limit tracking through the opt-out methods described above.

Update your info Contact us at any time to update your name, phone number, email, or any other information we hold.
File a complaint If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may contact your state Attorney General's office or applicable data protection authority.

Section 10

Medicare Marketing Compliance

Integral Benefits Group / Medicare Outreach Co. complies with CMS Medicare Communications and Marketing Guidelines (MCMG) and applicable state insurance regulations.

  • We will not contact you about specific Medicare Advantage or Part D plans unless you have expressly requested such information or provided a signed Scope of Appointment (SOA).
  • Registering for a free educational seminar does not constitute a request for plan-specific information or permission to discuss enrollment.
  • Our seminars are plan-neutral educational events. No specific Medicare plan will be sold or promoted during the seminar.
  • Our licensed agents are legally obligated to act in your best interest and present options suited to your individual situation.

Section 11

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended exclusively for adults approaching or past Medicare eligibility age (generally 65 and older). We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that a minor has submitted information, we will delete it immediately. Contact us if you believe a minor's information has been submitted.


Section 12

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes — especially those affecting how we use your personal information or your rights — we will provide additional notice via email or a prominent website notice at least 14 days before changes take effect.

Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
