Message & Data Rates

Medicare Outreach Co. / Integral Benefits Group does not charge any fee for SMS messages we send to you. However, your mobile carrier may charge standard message and data rates for receiving SMS text messages, depending on your wireless plan and carrier.

  • Standard SMS/text messaging rates set by your mobile carrier may apply to messages you receive from us
  • If you are on an unlimited texting plan, no additional charges typically apply
  • Data usage charges from your carrier may apply if you access links included in our messages while not connected to Wi-Fi
  • Charges for SMS messages count toward your plan's text allowance if your plan is not unlimited

We recommend checking with your mobile carrier if you are unsure whether standard messaging rates apply to your plan. We are not responsible for any charges your carrier applies to messages sent or received.

Questions about your carrier's rates? Contact your mobile carrier directly. Major US carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and US Cellular. Their customer service contact information is available on their respective websites.

Section 6

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Integral Benefits Group / Medicare Outreach Co. and its wireless carrier partners are not responsible for any delays in the receipt of SMS messages, failure of messages to be delivered, or errors in message content caused by technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier. Integral Benefits Group cannot guarantee the delivery of any specific SMS message. Factors that may affect delivery include, but are not limited to:

  • Network coverage limitations or outages affecting your mobile carrier
  • Technical issues with your mobile device or SIM card
  • Your device being powered off, out of range, or storage being full
  • Carrier-level spam filters or message blocking settings
  • Force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control

In the event that you do not receive a confirmation or reminder message you were expecting, please contact us directly using the support information in Section 16 to confirm your registration or seminar details.

The wireless carriers participating in our SMS program (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and US Cellular) are not responsible for, and are held harmless from, any claims arising from or related to the content, timing, or delivery of our SMS messages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Integral Benefits Group, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
